Lunalilo Home is open to kupuna who require assistance with some of their activities of daily living (ADL's). This includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, etc. The application process includes completion of a general application by the potential resident and a separate portion which is completed by the primary care physician (this includes required State forms). The application forms are available via email from lunalilohomecom@hawaii.rr.com or by mail. Please contact us for further details and assistance in this process. 808-395-1000

Inquiring on cost for my mother to board at your faciliy

Aloha Jordana: Thanks for your inquiry. The basic room cost is $4,300 per month which includes room and board. If she is in a private room with or without bath, there is an additional cost.     Are the rates lower for Hawaiian Ancestors or is it free? Do you of Nursing Facilities that can assist Hawaiian Ancestors?
