    We accept gifts of stock, other financial securities, fine art, and other significant items. We also accept gifts of real estate, which can be arranged in a variety of ways:
    (1) Outright during the donor’s lifetime – This can result in an income tax deduction.
    (2) By the last will and testament of the donor – This can result in an estate tax deduction.
    (2) As a charitable remainder trust or interest – The donors can enjoy their residence for the rest of their lives, and this can result in an income tax deduction while avoiding capital gains.”
