Lunalilo CNA Earn & Learn

We’re now accepting applications for our CNA Earn & Learn Program – an 8-week paid training program that prepares you for a meaningful career in kūpuna care.

  • Paid training for 20 hours / week + weekly stipend
  • Guaranteed full-time CNA job at Lunalilo Home ($22.49 / hour starting pay)
  • No cost to participate – we cover your training and state exam
  • Rooted in Hawaiian values and long-term care best practices
  • Priority deadline: May 30
  • Training starts: July 7
